AD Industrial & Safety – Canada recognizes outstanding members and suppliers
Vancouver, BC - In celebration of the independent spirit, the AD Industrial & Safety - Canada division distributed a series of awards at its recent meeting honouring members and suppliers within the community who have displayed outstanding efforts throughout 2021 that led to market share growth.
The 2021 Giving Back Award was given to Watson Gloves for continuing to lead by example by way of displaying a strong sense of integrity, making the success and health of their community a top priority within the company.
Members Levitt-Safety, Source Atlantic, and Tenaquip were each recognized with the 2021 AD Best Workplace Recognitions for being named one of Canada’s Best Managed Companies in 2021.
The 2021 AD Canada Warehouse Supporter of the Year honoured CONFIAN, Northern Metalic GP, SB Simpson and Source Atlantic for continually showing support for AD Canada Warehouse suppliers in a myriad of different ways—including through volume growth, overall commitment, breadth of lines and high levels of engagement.
The 2021 AD Canada Warehouse Supplier of the Year recognized suppliers DuPont (Tier 1) and Weiler Abrasives (Tier 2) for their keen dedication to persistently adding value, sharing information transparently, aligning with change, and delivering results.
Walter Surface Technologies (Tier 1) and PIP Canada (Tier 2) were each honoured with the 2021 AD Supplier of the Year Award for their remarkable efforts in supporting AD’s member base. These suppliers are dedicated to attending all AD divisional meetings, regularly participate in the AD Supplier Webinar Series, offer exclusive promotions to AD members, provide in-house training, and have displayed a strong allegiance to AD’s member community by allocating a plethora of stock during the COVID-19 pandemic.
The coveted 2021 Member of the Year Award was awarded to Tenaquip (Tier 1) and Intercity Industrial Supply (Tier 2) for the organizations’ steadfast commitment to the AD community, including through AD meeting participation, supplier webinar attendance and engagement, committee participation, and remittance volume growth.
The AD Industrial & Safety – Canada team looks forward to celebrating the division’s best and brightest of 2022 during the next Summit, scheduled for June 19 – 22, 2023 at the Westin Harbour Castle in Toronto, ON.

Le prix du fournisseur de l’année en entrepôt Warehouse Supplier of the Year d’AD Canada pour l’année 2021 a été décerné à CONFIAN, Northern Metalic GP, SB Simpson et Source Atlantic pour avoir constamment appuyé les fournisseurs de l’entrepôt AD Canada de bien des manières différentes, y compris par la croissance du volume, l’engagement général, la diversité des produits et les hauts niveaux d’engagement.
Le prix du fournisseur de l’année Supplier of the Year d’AD Canada pour l’année 2021 a été décerné aux fournisseurs DuPont (Niveau 1) et Weiler Abrasives (Niveau 2) pour leur grand dévouement à constamment ajouter de la valeur, à partager des renseignements de façon transparente, à s’adapter au changement et à obtenir des résultats. Walter Surface Technologies (Niveau 1) et PIP Canada (Niveau 2) ont tous deux reçu le prix AD Supplier of the Year 2021 pour leurs remarquables efforts de soutien aux membres d’AD. Ils participent régulièrement à la série de webinaires d’AD pour les fournisseurs, proposent des promotions exclusives aux membres d’AD, offrent des formations internes et ont fait preuve d’une grande loyauté envers la communauté des membres en affectant une multitude de stocks durant la pandémie de COVID-19.
Le prix convoité du membre de l’année Member of the Year 2021 a été décerné à Tenaquip (Niveau 1) et Intercity Industrial Supply (Niveau 2) en raison de leur engagement indéfectible envers la communauté AD, exprimé notamment par la participation aux réunions AD, la participation et l’engagement aux webinaires des fournisseurs, la participation aux comités et la croissance du volume des versements.
L’équipe de la Division industrie et sécurité d’AD Canada attend avec impatience de célébrer les meilleurs et les plus brillants de 2022 lors du prochain congrès, prévu du 19 au 22 juin 2023 au Westin Harbour Castle de Toronto, en Ontario.
