Step 2: Chat with an HR Recruiter
If you're identified as a potential match, a member of our HR team will schedule some time to learn more about your experience and give you the opportunity to gain a better understanding of AD, the team, and the role you’re considering.
Step 3: Interview with the Hiring Manager
Up next, you’ll take a behavioral assessment to gauge your natural work and communication styles. Then, meet the hiring manager to discuss the role.
Step 4: Additional interviews with team members and stakeholders
This is your chance to learn more about our culture and how we collaborate. At least one of your interviews will be onsite (if applicable), so you can check out our office in action. Additionally, depending on the type of role you applied for, you may be asked to complete a project to showcase your skills.
Step 5: Review and accept your offer!
Congratulations! We’re thrilled to extend an offer and welcome you to the AD team! A member of HR will send you a formal offer package complete with details on benefits and company policies to help you make an informed decision.
