Bill Weisberg
Chairman and CEO

Bill joined AD in 1984 and became CEO in 1991. He is a passionate champion of independent distribution. Mr. Weisberg’s steady hand has led AD through three industry start-ups, five mergers with member-owned cooperatives and numerous business cycles. Under Mr. Weisberg's leadership AD launched best-practice Networks, introduced innovative marketing programs to spur member and supplier growth, created the industry’s first national accounts program for independents, and pioneered the early adoption of internet technology in 1996 to facilitate group communications. In 1999 Bill founded supplyFORCE, a national accounts company that enables AD members to collaboratively bid, service and fulfill MRO and Integrated Supply contracts for multiple location MRO customers.   

Mr. Weisberg is the proud parent of eight children and is a graduate of Central High School in Philadelphia, PA.

Paul Ryan
Chief Financial Officer

Paul joined Affiliated Distributors in September of 2003 and was promoted to Chief Financial Officer in September 2010. Previously, Mr. Ryan held the roles of Vice President of Finance and Controller. Mr. Ryan manages AD's finance, accounting and treasury functions. He brings over 20 years of experience serving the distribution industry, both in accounting and audit roles, including 8 years at VWR International. Prior to joining VWR, Mr. Ryan spent 10 years as a CPA with Ernst & Young, LLP. Mr. Ryan is a graduate of Penn State University with a BS in Accounting.

Scott Renninger
Chief Investment Officer

Scott joined AD in 1997 and is the Chief Investment Officer. In this role, Mr. Renninger prudently manages investments to protect principal and provides a consistent return to our members. Mr. Renninger previously served as AD’s Treasurer & Chief Financial Officer. Prior to AD, Mr. Renninger was a Director of Finance and Operations for Public Financial Management (PFM), the largest financial consulting and investment management firm serving state and local governments nationwide. Prior to PFM, Mr. Renninger spent thirteen years in the distribution industry and was VP of Finance for Gelber Industries. Mr. Renninger received a BS in Business Administration/Finance from the University of Delaware and holds an MBA with concentrations in Strategic Planning and Finance from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business.

Kim Bressi
Senior Vice President of Administration

Kim Bressi joined Affiliated Distributors in 2012 as the Senior Vice President of Administration, managing headquarters operations, information technology/web and corporate communications/branding functions. Ms. Bressi came to AD with over 17 years of experience in operations management,  organizational change management, education/training, call center, customer experience and project management. Before joining AD, Ms. Bressi was employed at Wilmington Trust, a financial services organization specializing in the provision of various banking, investment management and global trust services. During her tenure at Wilmington Trust, Ms. Bressi held a number of roles including VP of Banking Operations, Call Center Director, and most recently, VP of Trust Operations. Ms. Bressi has also served on the Board of Directors for Food Bank of Delaware, Goodwill Industries of the Delmarva Peninsula, and is a member of the Forum for Executive Women. Ms. Bressi received a BA from the University of Delaware and is a graduate of the Executive Development Program from the University of Chicago’s Graduate School of Business. Ms. Bressi is based out of AD headquarters in Wayne, PA.
