Bill Weisberg

 

Bill Weisberg joined A-D in 1983 and became its Chairman and Chief Executive Officer in 1991. Mr. Weisberg has helped to facilitate A-D's growth through the effective utilization of Affiliate and Supplier Committees and Task Forces. This consensus building process resulted in the establishment of A-D Networks, the development of marketing and planning programs, the implementation of a national accounts program, the adoption of internet technology to facilitate group communications and A-D's expansion into the industrial side of the electrical industry, Canada, the general line industrial market, and the Plumbing, PVF and HVAC markets. In 1999 he founded supplyFORCE, a national accounts business that currently serves multi-regional MRO customers by coordinating service from A-D members and other independents. Mr. Weisberg is the proud parent of seven children and is a graduate of Central High School in Philadelphia, PA.

Scott Renninger

 

Scott Renninger joined A-D in 1997 as Vice President, Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer and manages A-D's finance, accounting and treasury functions. Prior to A-D, Mr. Renninger was a Director of Finance and Operations for Public Financial Management (PFM), the largest financial consulting and investment management firm serving state and local governments nationwide. Prior to PFM, Mr. Renninger spent thirteen years in the distribution industry and was VP of Finance for Gelber Industries. Mr. Renninger received a BS in Business Administration/Finance from the University of Delaware and holds an MBA with concentrations in Strategic Planning and Finance from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business.

David Oldfather

 

David Oldfather joined A-D in December 2003 as Vice President of the Electrical Supply Division and manages A-D's electrical operations in the U.S. and Canada. Before coming to A-D, Mr. Oldfather was the Senior Vice President of Sales for the contractor and installer groups at Hagemeyer North America. Prior to that, he served as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Senior Vice President of Operations and Executive Vice President of Operations at Tristate Electrical Supply Company. Mr. Oldfather graduated summa cum laude with a BA in English from Albion College, where he was a member of Phi Beta Kappa and an Albion Fellow. He holds a MA in English Language and Literature from the University of Chicago.

Stuart Mechlin

 

Stuart Mechlin joined A-D in November 1999 as the Vice President of the Industrial Supply Division and is responsible for all distributor and supplier activity in that market. Prior to joining A-D, Mr. Mechlin was the Director of Marketing, North America for Fel-Pro Chemical Products, a major manufacturer of Maintenance, Repair and Operations (MRO) chemical products and an A-D supplier. Mr. Mechlin is an Adjunct Professor at Lake Forest Graduate School of Management in Lake Forest, Illinois. and is a graduate of Hunter College (BA), Oregon State University (BS) and McDonald's Hamburger University (BH). He received his MBA from Portland State University in 1980.

Roy Weaks

 

Roy Weaks joined A-D in 2001 and currently serves as Senior Vice President Plumbing, PVF & HVAC. Upon joining A-D, he led the successful integration of C.L. Watt and A-D; he now oversees all Plumbing Division operations, as well as coordinating activities across all three PHCP Divisions (HVAC, Plumbing & PVF). Prior to A-D, Mr. Weaks spent three years as C.L. Watt's Vice-President of Supplier Relations. Prior to joining C.L. Watt's staff, Mr. Weaks was the Senior Vice President and General Manager of Fields and Company in Texas where he developed significant expertise in the Plumbing, Electrical, and Heating & Air Conditioning wholesale industry - including a term as the distributor chairman of the C.L. Watt group. Mr. Weaks is a 1974 BBA graduate of Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas with a degree in Business Management.

Roy Weaks

 

Jeff Jenkins is the Senior Vice President of the AMAROK Division of A-D. He has been in the drywall business for over 25 years and served as the President and CEO of the AMAROK Drywall Cooperative from 1999 through 2008. Since graduating from the University of Oregon with a bachelor's degree in business management he has spent his career in sales or sales management in the construction industry throughout the West. He spent two years working in the drywall distribution end of the business and 18 years working for two national drywall manufacturers - National Gypsum and G-P Gypsum. Jeff currently lives in Chandler, Arizona with his wife Jacque. They have two grown sons who also live in the Phoenix area.

Justin Dunscomb

 

Justin Dunscomb joined A-D in 2006 as the Vice President of HVAC & Plumbing and is responsible for all aspects of the HVAC Division as well as supporting the activity of the Plumbing Division. Mr. Dunscomb came to A-D with 11 years of industry experience, including five as the Executive Vice-President of the WIT & Co. buying group (Plumbing & HVAC). Mr. Dunscomb is a 1995 graduate from Millikin University with a degree in Human Resource Management.

Gary Jackson

 

Gary Jackson joined A-D in September 2003 as the Vice President of the Pipe Valves and Fittings Division and is responsible for all industrial and mechanical segments of the PVF market. Mr. Jackson came to A-D with over 24 years of prior industry experience, having worked for Stockham (now a division of Crane Co.) and NIBCO, Inc in sales and managerial roles. Mr. Jackson is a 1978 graduate of the University of Alabama, with a BS in Marketing.

Mary Ellen Heisey

 

Mary Ellen Heisey joined A-D in December of 2003 as the first Director of the newly formed Divisional Operations department. In 2006, she became Vice President of Administration, overseeing all Divisional and A-D administration while continuing her leadership of the Divisional Operations department. Mary Ellen has 25 years of managerial experience in operations, project management, purchasing, inventory control, sales, and marketing, fifteen of which have been in wholesale distribution. Ms. Heisey graduated from the Pennsylvania State University with a BS in Consumer Related Studies.

Peter Classon

 

 

Peter Classon joined A-D in 2006 as the Vice President of Information Technology. Mr. Classon came to A-D from LiquidHub, where he was a founding member of the Management Consulting practice before becoming Director of the Applications Solutions Practice, where he led the team of LiquidHub consultants that implemented MyA-D.net on behalf of Affiliated Distributors and its members.  He has   expertise in IT strategy, enterprise architecture, project management, software development, quality assurance and IT operations.  Mr. Classon is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of the Caroll School of Management at Boston College with a degree in Finance/Marketing.

Chris Bourque

 

 

Chris Bourque joined Affiliated Distributors in 2008 as the Vice President of Marketing. Before joining A-D, Chris spent eleven years at CertainTeed Company, the $2 billion subsidiary of the French corporation, Saint Gobain, which makes products for the commercial and residential construction industry. Most recently, Chris was the Director of Marketing for their Fence Products Division, having led its creation and development into a $60 million business. Before joining CertainTeed, Chris spent ten years at Lumbermen's Merchandising Cooperative in Wayne, PA where he negotiated purchasing programs, value rebate incentives, payment terms and seasonal promotions. Chris holds a BBA in Finance & Economics from Temple University in Philadelphia, PA and an MBA in Marketing from Saint Joseph's University in Philadelphia, PA.

Mark Higgins

 

Mark R. Higgins joined A-D in October 2000 as the Director of the Industrial Supply Division and became Vice President of Industrial Supply Division  Relations in 2004. Prior to A-D, Mr. Higgins spent 14 years as a manufacturer's representative in the industrial and safety products market. He also has ten years of purchasing management experience.

Paul Ryan

 

Paul Ryan joined Affiliated Distributors in September of 2003 as the Controller. Mr. Ryan has 20 years of experience serving the distribution industry, both in accounting and audit roles, including 8 years at VWR International. Prior to joining VWR, Mr. Ryan spent 10 years as a CPA with Ernst & Young, LLP. Mr. Ryan is a graduate of Penn State University with a BS in Accounting.

Sean Kenny

 

Sean Kenny joined Affiliated Distributors in 2006 as the Director of ESD Member Relations. Mr. Kenny came to A-D after more than 16 years at Milwaukee Electric Tool Corporation, the last six of those serving as the liaison for all divisions of A-D. Mr. Kenny earned a BS degree in Marketing from the University of Dayton, Dayton, OH.

Eryn Travis

 

Eryn Travis brings more than ten years of public relations, media relations and political experience to her role as Communications Director for Affiliated Distributors where she is responsible for driving the adoption of A-D programs and services, building a sense of community among A-D membership and promoting A-D and its value.   Prior to joining A-D, Eryn served as Communications and Media Relations Director for the American Association of Airport Executives (AAAE) located in Alexandria, Va. In this role, Eryn oversaw the grassroots communication of AAAE's legislative department, responded to requests from national, trade and local media and produced and hosted Aviation News Today, a 30 minute TV news program broadcast on News Channel 8 in the Washington DC area and to airports across the country.  Eryn, her husband Bryan and son Andrew live in West Chester, Pennsylvania.

Kim Wanamaker

 

Kim Wanamaker has joined the A-D team as Director of Marketing and is responsible for creating marketing programs that drive Affiliate and Supplier growth across all A-D Divisions. Mr Wanamaker came to A-D after seven years in the material handling industry and 23 years in the electrical industry. His career includes 14 years at GE in sales, marketing and strategic planning roles. He also served as Vice President of Marketing & Sales for W.A. Schmidt and Drexel Industries. Mr Wanamaker is a graduate of Clarkson University, with a BS in Industrial Distribution and earned an MBA in marketing from Rochester Institute of Technology.

Betty Massey is the Director of Member Services for the AMAROK Division of A-D. Her previous experience includes serving as the National Customer Service Manager for Compass International and the Director of Recruiting for Cooperative Solutions. Betty's talent, 10 years of outside sales experience and drive to tackle any project, was instrumental in the growth of several cooperatives during her time at Cooperative Solutions. Betty is the main link between AMAROK members and A-D.

David Kinsella joined A-D in July 2008 as the Director of Supplier Relations for the Electrical Supply Division. Mr. Kinsella came to A-D with over fifteen years of electrical industry experience within the manufacturing and distribution arena. Before joining A-D, Mr. Kinsella spent eight years at Intermatic, an electronic and electro-mechanical timing and controls manufacturer. Most recently, he was their National Sales Manager, responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the sales team in the industrial business unit. Prior to that, he spent seven years at Melville B. Hall, Inc., an electrical distributor serving the industrial and OEM markets, and two years at Killark Electrical Manufacturing, an electrical enclosure and apparatus manufacturer specializing in hazardous and explosive environments. Mr. Kinsella received his BA in Mass Communication from the University of Missouri.
